The content of this site provides information about Ethicalc and the systems it operates and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. The scope, price, warranty, response times and all other terms of each project are set out in the contract concluded once the specification has been prepared. Values described on the site as standard (“in every project”) reflect our practice and are the starting point for the contract; the contract may set them differently where the project requires it.

II. Figures and facts on this site

The figures on this site are either calculated by us from a named data set, quoted from a named source, or describe our own systems and team. The 99.8% data reading confidence for magicbucket.pro comes from our own measurement on our own set of documents; the figure for supervised manual reading comes from the same comparison. Information on the registration of VERDEGREE sp. z o.o. with ESMA comes from the ESMA register. If you find an error on this site, whether a date, a figure or a reading of a legal provision, write to us. We correct the site and record the correction with a date.

III. Systems under other addresses

The systems listed on this site run under their own addresses and have their own terms of use, legal notices and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. The ESG rating on ver.degree and esgall.com is produced and signed by VERDEGREE sp. z o.o., an ESG rating provider registered with ESMA under Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/3005. The ESMA registration concerns VERDEGREE and the ESG rating, not Ethicalc. Ethicalc supplies the technology and has no influence on the methodology or the outcome of the rating.

IV. Liability

The extent of Ethicalc's liability towards clients is set out in the contract. Ethicalc is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of this site's content without a contract having been concluded, for the content of external services to which links lead, or for interruptions in the operation of the site caused by circumstances beyond its control. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited.

V. Intellectual property and quoting

The content of this site, the Ethicalc mark and logo, and the layout of the site are protected by copyright and belong to Ethicalc. The logos and marks of the services belong to their operators. Text from this site may be quoted with attribution (ethicalc.com, Ethicalc sp. z o.o.) and a link to the site. Automated harvesting of the site's content and its use for training artificial intelligence models without Ethicalc's consent is prohibited; the rules for robots and AI assistants are in robots.txt and llms.txt.

VI. Hosting and privacy

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in a region within the European Union. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no resources from third-party servers; scripts and fonts are hosted locally. Information on the processing of personal data is in the privacy policy.

VII. Accessibility

The site was built to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA: keyboard operation, headings and landmarks for screen readers, contrast, image descriptions, and reduced animation when the system setting “reduce motion” is on. If anything on this site is inaccessible to you, write to us; we will fix it.

VIII. Final provisions

The governing law is Polish law. Disputes are settled by the court having jurisdiction over Ethicalc's registered office, unless a contract provides otherwise. Changes to this notice are published on the site with the version date. If any provision of this notice proves invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
